Refund Policy
At FoamFlare, we are committed to providing top-quality car cleaning services and excellent customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve created a clear and fair refund policy for our customers. Please read the policy below:
1. Service Cancellations
- If you cancel your car wash appointment at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
2. No-Shows
- If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and you will not receive a refund.
- Rebooking after a no-show may require prepayment for future services.
3. Dissatisfaction with Service
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of your car wash, please inform us within 24 hours of the service.
- We may offer a free rewash, partial refund, or credit toward a future service, depending on the issue and service provided.
4. Membership & Subscription Plans
- If you are subscribed to a car wash plan and wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 5 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
- Charges already processed are non-refundable, but services may still be used until the end of the billing period.
5. Weather or Operational Delays
- If your appointment is delayed or canceled due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
6. Gift Cards & Packages
- Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable, but they do not expire and can be used at any time.
- They are also transferable to friends or family upon request.
